Sales prices
All prices are in Swiss francs.

Deliveries are made either against prepayment or with payment via webshop.

Bindings and boots: CHF 11.00
Fatsac: CHF 11.00
Wakeshaper: CHF 11.00
Handle and pumps: CHF 11.00
Vests, clothing and neos: CHF 11.00

These are single prices. Shipping costs for multi-piece orders on request.
Free shipping for orders over CHF 800.00.

Delivery
The shipment will be made by DPD or Swiss Post after receipt of payment within 24 hours. In no case delays in delivery justify claims for damages or a right to withdraw from the contract. Deliveries or shipping is at the risk of the customer. All products and orders will be delivered to the address specified by the customer.

Refusal of acceptance will be charged with 10% of the price of the goods + postage, but at least CHF 50.00.

Goods are excluded from exchange due to incompatibility or dislike. Printing and publication errors and price changes are reserved.

Attention: No shipping abroad!

Returns
Exchanges and returns are of course accepted. There is a right of exchange within 5 working days from receipt. Returns will only be accepted prepaid or the goods can be exchanged on site in Zug or Romanshorn.

Items that have been specially procured to a customer's order are excluded from exchange (provided there are no defects).

In the case of an article exchange due to not fitting size or not pleasing, the shipping costs are fully at the expense of the customer. The article to be returned must be accompanied by the shipping costs for re-delivery in the package in cash or by bank transfer. As soon as the article and the shipping costs for redelivery have been received, the exchange article will be dispatched by wakeandy.

In the case of refunds, transaction fees, shipping costs and other taxes will be charged to the buyer. Discounts will be adjusted according to the discount structure.

Complaints
Complaints must be made in writing within 5 working days of receipt of the goods. In the case of transport damage, the customer must immediately notify us of these defects within 5 working days of receipt and make a mandatory bill of them on the freight or delivery bill. Otherwise, no claim for damages is possible.

Payment
The goods will only be delivered upon full payment. Circumstances as a result of incorrect payments will be charged a flat rate of CHF 10.00.

Retention of title
In the case of resale to third parties, the claim of the purchase price in the amount of the outstanding claim is considered assigned to the seller.

Place of performance and jurisdiction for all parties is ROMANSHORN.
